Epoxy 1200
Description:
Two
component, excellent gloss, extremely chemical resistant, UV resistant, very
tough and durable.
Usage: Concrete floors and walls, top coat for steel; structures, tanks,
"computer clean" rooms, medical sterile rooms, food and biological
applications. Used in warehouses, machine shops, automobile service departments,
bridges, and for anti-graffiti applications.
Mixing A: Mix ratio by two parts A to one part B.

Instructions:
Use separate container for
mixing.
1. Pre-mix part A and pour into mixing container.
2. Add part B.
3. Mix for four minutes with drill blade mixer at 500 rpm.
4. Add thinner as required, up to 10% of volume and mix for 1 minute.
Application: Product can be applied by brush, roller or sprayed (with
supplied air). Coverage 275' to 300' per gal.
Characteristics:
- Pot life - 1 hours at 70 degrees F.
Shelf life - I year.
Clean up - RT-130 ImageSol thinner.
Dry Time - tact free 12 to 14 hours at 70 degrees F.
Cure Time - 24-48 hours.
Reducer RT-225 or RT-130.
Caution:
Keep away from children. Do
not take internally. If taken, contact physician.
When spraying a protective mask
should be worn to avoid inhaling. In the event of eye contact, flush eyes with water
for 15 minutes and seek medical attention.
KEEP FROM FREEZING.
