eliminate
water absorption or penetration.
Disadvantage:
Cost many times that of ordinary paint. Goes on very thick so not
as many feet coverage per gallon as paint.

excellent durability. It is high build which will fill and
bridge minor cracks and surface
imperfections and protects against water penetration. It has breath ability
which allows
moisture
vapor to escape from substrate. Good chemical resistance and superb resistance to
dirt pick up. Low odor during application.
